Nestled in the heart of Wayne, New Jersey, Lionshead Lake is a private lake community known for its natural beauty, strong sense of community, and vibrant year-round activities. The Lionshead Lake Property Owners Association (LLPOA) is proud to support and represent the residents who call this special place home.
Welcome to the Services page of the Lionhead Lake Property Owners Association (LLPOA). We are proud to serve our vibrant lakeside community by preserving the natural beauty, safety, and spirit of Lionhead Lake. The Association provides a wide range of services designed to enhance the quality of life for all property owners and maintain the value of our shared spaces.
While previous generations of lake members used the lake for swimming and boating, it is no longer a feasible option for us. Active membership levels along with employment and insurance costs make swimming in our current financial climate prohibitive. The LLPOA has decided to focus on making the beach a venue for community events instead.
You can pay your membership by cash or check at any lake event
You can send an email llpoacommunitiy@gmail.com, provide your home & email address and we can send you an electronic invoice which will allow you to pay by credit card. (You can also search your email for an email with the subject, “Invoice - Lions Head Lake 2025 Voluntary Annual Membership Fee”
Of course! Family in your household is always included with your paid lake membership. Family or friends who live outside your household can come to many events by paying a small entry fee of usually $5-$10 depending on the event. Refer to the Events page for pricing on individual events.
Please feel free to email us @lllpoacommunity@gmail.com with any suggestions.
